50ml Smirnoff Pear

15ml Stirrings Ginger Flavored Liqueur

70ml Apple juice

1 lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
