This crown jewel of a cocktail is liquid gold. Crown Royal XO with fresh lemon, simple syrup, french herbal liqueur and bitters over ice - it's bold, perfectly balanced, rich and refined.

25ml Crown Royal XO

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Yellow Herbal Liqueur

2 Dashes Bitters

1  Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
