50ml Haig Club Whisky

35ml Sparkling Apple Soda

6 Dashes of Ginger bitters

1 Slice of Root Ginger (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Slice of Fresh Root Ginger.
