50ml Haig Clubman

75ml Ginger Beer

75ml Apple Juice

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
