50ml Dalwhinnie 15

12.5ml Elderflower liqueur

2 Dashes orange bitters

50ml Soda Water

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Highball glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an ice-filled 1 Highball Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
