Ingredients

50ml Talisker 10

5ml Dry Vermouth

10ml Honey

50ml Orange Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
