25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

15ml Lemon juice

15ml Simple syrup

3 Dashes cinnamon clove bitters

50ml Hot apple cider

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

1 Mug

1 Kettle

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build the first four ingredients in a Mug.

  2. Top with Hot Apple Cider and stir.

  3. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.
