Ingredients

50ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

150ml Weak earl grey tea

12.5ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Gomme (or Sugar Syrup)

12.5ml Fresh Peach Purée (or Peach Juice)

2 Slices of Fresh Peach (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a Highball Glass filled with Ice.

  3. Garnish with Slices of Fresh Peach.
