Ingredients

25ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

10ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice

50ml Soda Water

2 Cucumber Slices

2 Peach Slices

2 Pear Slices

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Champagne Flute

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Muddle the Cucumber, Peach and Pear with Sugar Syrup in a Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add all the liquid ingredients with Ice and shake.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
