37.5ml Copper Dog

150ml Ginger Ale

2 Dashes of Plum Bitters

1 Orange Slice (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Slice.
