50ml Jun Daiti Sake
10ml Lemon Juice
3 Cubes of Pineapple
100ml Lemonade
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Wine Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Bruise Pineapple Cubes against Lemon Juice in the bottom of a Wine Glass.
Add Jun Daiti Sake and fill up with Ice Cubes.
Top up with Lemonade and stir to combine all ingredients.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
