50ml Ketel One Vodka

15ml Sugar syrup

25ml Fresh lime juice

20ml Apple juice

0.5 Sweet pepper

1 Slice of Sweet Pepper (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

Muddle the Pepper in a cocktail shaker.
Add all the ingredients and shake with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Slice of Sweet Pepper.
