Ingredients

50ml Ketel One® vodka

15ml White balsamic vinegar

15ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

1 Pinch of salt and pepper

1 Large ripe tomato

1 Cherry Tomato (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupe Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Tomato in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add all the ingredients and shake with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Cherry Tomato.

15.8 g per serve
