Ingredients

50ml Ketel One Citroen Flavoured Vodka

25ml Lime juice

15ml Simple Syrup

50ml Pineapple Juice

3 Dashes of Green hot sauce

25ml Tonic Water

1  Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Mixing glass

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Tonic Water with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Top with Tonic Water.

  4. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

15.8 g per serve
