Lavender Orchid

A bubbly blend of blossoms and botanicals! Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled with raspberry liqueur and sour mix. Served straight up with a splash of ginger ale and an orchid… fragrant, fresh and fruity!

Ingredients

25ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

10ml Raspberry liqueur

25ml Sour mix

70ml Ginger Ale 

1 Orchid Flower (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first three liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Top up with Ginger Ale.

  4. Garnish with a Orchid Flower.
