Lowgroni Bianco
This one is a treat. It’s based on the classically twisted ‘White Negroni’. We all know how popular the Negroni is - love it or loathe it - it’s one of the greatest cocktails ever made. However the White Negroni has somewhat gone under the radar a little. This is one of my favourite low ABV and easy-drinking cocktails that's perfect particularly before food or with nibbles as an aperitif.

Ingredients
30ml Seedlip Grove
30ml Aecorn Dry
35ml Cocchi Americano
Equipment
1 Mixing Glass
1 Ice Tray
method
Pop all the ingredients into a mixing glass, give it a gentle stir for about 5-7 seconds.
Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon disk. (Instead of Cocchi americano, you can opt for a slightly more bitter Suze as a substitute).
