  • Preparation
    1. Gently muddle the Mint with the other ingredients except for the Soda Water in a Highball Glass.
    2. Fill the glass with Crushed Ice and churn.
    3. Top up again with Crushed Ice and add Soda Water.
    4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lemon Wedge.
