Method
Preparation
- Gently muddle the Mint with the other ingredients except for the Soda Water in a Highball Glass.
- Fill the glass with Crushed Ice and churn.
- Top up again with Crushed Ice and add Soda Water.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lemon Wedge.
