Peach & Ginger Mojito

Cool down with this Southern style Mojito! Captain Morgan's Dark Rum with Peach Liqueur, Peach Purée, Ginger Syrup, Mint and Fresh Lime over Ice with a Splash of Ginger Beer - a vibrant sip of summer!

35ml Captain Morgans Dark Rum

10ml Peach Flavoured

50ml Ginger Ale

25ml Ginger Ale

15ml Ginger Syrup

10ml Lime Juice

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Peach Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Peach Slice.
