Ingredients

35ml Captain Morgans Dark Rum

10ml Peach Flavoured

50ml Ginger Ale

25ml Ginger Ale

15ml Ginger Syrup

10ml Lime Juice

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Peach Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1.  Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Peach Slice.

History of the Drink

Some date this cocktail back to the 1500's and that Sir Francis Drake had something to so with it. It's hard to prove or disprove this, but what we do know is that it has been a global favourite for decades.
