15ml Simple syrup
100ml Sparkling rosé
1 Watermelon slice (Garnish)
1 Lime wheel (Garnish)

1 Carafe glass
1 Barspoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to a Carafe Glass filled with Ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Watermelon Slice, Lime Wedge and Mint Sprig.
