Ingredients

50ml Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum

25ml Pom Autumn Syrup

70ml Apple cider

25ml Lemon juice

3 Dashes bitters

3  Dashes of Angostura Bitters

25ml Soda Water

1 Apple Slice (Garnish)

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Shaker

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients, except for the Soda Water, with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Top with Soda Water.

  4. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and an Apple Slice.
