Ingredients

45ml Zacapa 23 Year Old

15ml Captain Morgan Dark Rum

15ml Triple Sec Liqueur

30ml Passion Fruit Purée

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Almond syrup

2 Dashes of Angustura Bitters

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
