Roe & Co Irish Coffee

Add a little luxury to the classic Irish Coffee with Roe & Co; a blended whiskey with warm notes of soft spice, mellow spun sugar and woody vanilla.

Ingredients

40ml Roe & Co

75ml Hot coffee

1 Tsp Demerara sugar

50ml  Double cream (whipped)

1 Grated nutmeg (garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice scoop

1  Jigger

1 Irish coffee glass

1 Bar spoon

1 Grater

method

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream into the glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

  2. Layer the whipped cream on top of the coffee.

  3. Grate fresh nutmeg on top to garnish.
