An Irish Coffee-inspired winter warmer combining the rich and complex character of The Singleton of Glen Ord 12-year-old with ginger, honey and, PX Sherry - finished with a float of freshly whipped cream.

Ingredients

40ml The Singleton Glen Ord 12 years

15ml Ginger liqueur

10ml PX Sherry

5ml Honey syrup*

50ml Hot Water

1 Fresh whipped cream (Garnish)

Equipment

1 wooden cup

method

  1. Pour everything (except the fresh whipped cream) in the wooden cup.

  2. Stir well.

  3. Use a spoon to float the fresh whipped cream on top.

*Honey syrup

1 part water: 5-part raw honey
