50ml Bulleit Rye

50ml Pineapple juice

100ml Ale

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
