25ml Strawberry Purée
15ml Lemongrass Syrup
10ml Balsamic Syrup
2 Mint Leaves
3 Strawberries (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish with skewered Strawberries.
