Australian Hot Toddy
A smoky twist on a warm winter classic, Talisker 10 Scotch Whisky is perfectly complemented with Honey and Lemon flavours.

Ingredients
30ml Talisker 10-Year-Old Scotch Whisky
75ml Hot Water
40ml Honey
20ml Lemon Juice
3 Bay Leaves (Garnish)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Mug
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Stove and Pan
method
Heat Honey, Lemon Juice, Water and Spices in a pot.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for ten minutes.
Add 30ml of Talisker into mugs, and strain in the mixture.
Garnish with Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick and Star Anise.
