50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

25ml Tangerine Juice

15ml Agave Syrup

10ml Lime Juice

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. 1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Twist.
