A classic cocktail, Texas style! Tanqueray London Dry Gin and Tonic Water over muddled Orange and Sage-infused Syrup with a dash of Stirrings Blood Orange Bitters that's served on the rocks - this Southwestern sipper is simply bedazzling!

50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
150ml Tonic Water
15ml Sage-Infused Sugar Syrup
10ml Hibiscus Syrup
2 Dashes of Blood Orange Bitters
1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)
1 Sage Leaves (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
method
Muddle Orange Wedges with Sage-infused Simple Syrup in a Highball Glass.
Fill glass with Cubed Ice.
Add the rest of the liquid ingredients.
Garnish with an Orange Wheel and a Sprig of Sage.
