Go glam with the Hayworth! A sensational blend of George Dickel No.1, white pepper syrup, lemon and cassis. Served with a hard cider float and white pepper raspberries - it's irresistible!

25ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whiskey
10ml White Pepper Syrup
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Cassis Liqueur
15ml Hard Dry Cider
2 Whole White Pepper Syrup Infused
1 Raspberries (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Bowl
1 Jigger
1 Ice Scoop
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Place fresh Raspberries in White Pepper Syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.
Shake all ingredients except the Cider with Ice.
Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
Float Cider on top.
Garnish with Raspberries.
