Ingredients

25ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whiskey

10ml White Pepper Syrup

10ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Cassis Liqueur

15ml Hard Dry Cider

2 Whole White Pepper Syrup Infused

1 Raspberries (Garnish)

1 Coupe Glass

1 Bowl

1 Jigger

1 Ice Scoop

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Place fresh Raspberries in White Pepper Syrup for at least 24 hours to flavour.

  2. Shake all ingredients except the Cider with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.

  4. Float Cider on top.

  5. Garnish with Raspberries.
