25ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

10ml Brandy

10ml Sweet Vermouth

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Jigger

1 Ice Scoop

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all the liquid ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.

  2. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  3. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
