10ml Dry Vermouth
5ml Oloroso Sherry
15ml Grand Marnier
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Twist.
