35ml Bulleit Bourbon

25ml Morgan's Spiced

1 Whole Egg

75ml Whole Milk

1 Grated Nutmeg

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Steam Wand

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients without Ice.

  2. Heat the cocktail with a steam wand.

  3. Pour into a Rocks Glass.

  4. Garnish with Nutmeg Powder.
