Ingredients

35ml Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey

10ml Elderflower Liqueur

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

1 Dash of Orange Bitters

5ml Absinthe

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rinse a Rocks Glass with absinthe and discard excess.

  2. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the Rocks Glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
