0.2ml Teaspoon Wasabi Paste

10ml Lemon Juice

1 Simple Syrup

1 Pea (Garnish)

1 Fine Strainer

method

Shake all ingredients with ice.
FIne strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Pea.
