12.5ml Crème de Mure
12.5ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
