Ingredients

25ml Tanqueray Gin

25ml Orange Liqueur

12.5ml Blue Curacao

12.5ml Rose Water

12.5ml Lime Juice

6 Blueberries

100ml Indian Tonic

1 Red Rose

Equipment

1 Highball glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Blueberries in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake the rest of the ingredients except the Tonic Water in an ice-filled shaker.

  3. Double strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  4. Top with Tonic Water.

  5. Garnish with a Red Rose.
