Blanco Mojito
The Mojito goes Mexican! A mouthwatering mixture of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, fresh Lime and Muddled Mint over ice with a splash of Club Soda - get ready to salsa!



Serves:
Ingredients
1.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.5oz Simple Syrup
1 Lime (small cubes)
8 Mint Leaves
0.75oz Club Soda
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Place Lime Cubes, Mint and Sugar Syrup in the Highball glass.
Muddle together.
Add the Don Julio Blanco, then fill three-quarters of the way with crushed ice and churn together.
Top up with Club Soda and add ice, if necessary.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
