Ingredients

1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon

1.75oz Peach Puree

0.25oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz  Simple Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

1  Peach Slice (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Mint in the bottom of a Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add the liquid ingredients and shake with ice.

  3. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a Peach slice and Mint Sprig.
