0.5oz Raspberry Syrup
1oz Pasteurized Egg White
1oz Lemon Juice
1 Raspberry (Garnish)

1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a Raspberry.
