Ingredients

1.25oz Captain Morgan White Rum

0.25oz  Navan Vanilla Liqueur

0.75oz Pineapple Juice

0.5oz Lime Juice

0.75oz Passion Fruit Syrup

1 Dash of Bitters

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

1 Pineapple Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple wedge and Leaf.c
