1 Dash of Bitters
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
1 Pineapple Leaf (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Highball Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a Pineapple wedge and Leaf.c
