An American twist on the classic Tom Collins with Bulleit Bourbon.

Ingredients

1.75oz Bulleit Bourbon

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Sugar Syrup

3.5oz Soda

1 Orange Slice and 1 Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Fill a Highball glass with cubed ice.

  2. Into a cocktail shaker, add all the liquid ingredients apart from the Soda Water.

  3. Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with cubed ice and shake well.

  4. Strain over the cubed ice in the Highball glass.

  5. Top with Soda Water.
