0.25oz Lemon juice
0.25oz Honey
0.75oz Egg White
1 Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

1 Bar Spoon
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass.
Garnish with a Rosemary sprig.
