1.75oz Johnnie Walker Red Label
8 Mint Leaves
3 Lemon Slices with 1 slice for garnish
0.25oz Sugar Syrup
5oz Soda Water
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon slice.
