Ingredients

1.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila

0.5oz Sage Liqueur

0.5oz Triple Sec Liqueur

0.5oz  Lime Juice

1 Bar Spoon of Agave Syrup

1 Bar Spoon of Sugar Syrup

1  Slice Pineapple

6 Sage Leaves

1 Sage Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Muddle Pineapple, Agave Syrup and Sage Leaves in a Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add all ingredients together and shake with ice.

  3. Fine strain into a Martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a Sage Leaf.
