5oz Tonic Water
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Lime wedge, Lemon wedge, Cinnamon Stick and a Star Anise.
