Ingredients

1.25oz  Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey

0.25oz  Elderflower Liqueur

0.75oz  Fresh Lemon Juice

0.25oz Simple Syrup

1 Dash of Orange Bitters

0.25oz Absinthe 

1  Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Rocks Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rinse a Rocks glass with Absinthe and discard excess.

  2. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the Rocks glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
