45ml Gordon's Mediterranean Orange

25ml Orange juice

10ml Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup

15ml Egg White

1 Bar Spoon of Orange Blossom Water

1 Coupe glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

  1. Dry shake the Egg White without Ice.

  2. Add all the liquid ingredients and Ice and shake again.

  3. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
