Baileys Cinnamon Ice
Enjoy Baileys Hazelnut, Baileys Original and Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka infused with Spicy Cinnamon.

25ml Baileys Hazelnut
25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream (or 50 ml of either)
20ml Smirnoff
120ml Milk
1 Cinnamon Powder (Garnish)
1 Cinnamon stick (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a dusting of Cinnamon Powder and a Cinnamon stick.
