A full-flavoured cocktail combining Baileys Original with Irish Whiskey, Cinnamon and a grating of Nutmeg.

Ingredients

35ml Baileys Original

25ml Irish whiskey

1 Egg White

75ml Milk

1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the Egg and all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with Grated Nutmeg and a Cinnamon Stick.

12.6 g per serve
