Ingredients

70ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

15ml Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum

5ml Allspice Flavoured Liqueur

1 Dash of Bitters

1 Whole Egg

1 Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Brandy Balloon Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Brandy Balloon Glass.

  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of Grated Nutmeg.
